The Science Academy STEM Magnet

The Science Academy G/HG/HA STEM Magnet is a seven-year articulated college-preparatory school which adopts advanced methodologies in teaching and learning in STEM.  Under the leadership of Principal, Carlos Lauchu, and Magnet Coordinator, Jodi Huff, this program allows students the opportunity to explore non-conventional learning styles in an innovative atmosphere. Our learning modules are rigorous with the intensity of a college-bound curriculum. The Science Academy STEM Magnet incorporates science, technology, engineering and mathematics across all academic disciplines, preparing students for roles that will shape our nations’ future. We recognize that STEM education is vital in preparing our students for global competitiveness and economic prosperity.
